Installation date, condition and service history are stored. That makes handovers easier when tenants change.
Input for environmental reporting
Data per pod can be used in environmental reporting and building certification, and is prepared for the digital product passport.
Reuse when needs change
Pods that are no longer needed can be moved to another space, with their history intact.

We register the pods
Pods we have supplied to your buildings are labelled with a QR code during a visit. For new pods, we send the QR sticker by post. If other pods are in the same project, we can label those too.
You get access to the customer portal
One login per location, with an overview of every pod.
Tenants scan for themselves
Tenants report service through the QR code. The request goes to whoever will do the job, and you can see it in the overview.
Price
Scanning the QR code is free. The customer portal is paid per location per year.
